When purchasing SEOLinkBuild.com packages, subscription plans, or sponsored guest post services, you agree that all payments are non-refundable except in some cases mentioned here. As a customer, you should understand this when purchasing any service via our website.
SEOLinkBuild does not honor requests for refunds or return payments for the following reasons:
The poor or improper technical performance of partner news websites, press release aggregating websites, and publisher websites. This includes the availability of web pages 24/7, website loading speed, the presence or absence of hyperlinks, inclusion in search engine indexes, third-party comments, text layout, content, and style.
For equality, there can be no exceptions.
Our Money Back Guarantee
If, for any reason, we are not able to publish an article/guest post on the publisher websites you ordered, you will be entitled to a full refund minus payment gateway fees.
In this case, we may offer the option to redo the order on other similar publisher websites or credit the amount to your SEOLinkBuild Wallet account for future use. However, you will always have the option to receive a full refund in this situation if you prefer.
Refund Requests During the Writing Process
When you place an order with us, we use your payment to pre-pay our writers to begin work on your order. Therefore, if you change your mind for any reason during the article writing or review process, we can only offer a 50% refund.
In this case, you will still receive your news article and be able to request revisions. The completed article will be yours to use in any way you choose.
Refunds During the Publishing Process
Refunds requested during the guest post publishing process will be denied. We cannot stop a publication that is already in process and cannot recover the associated publishing costs.
Please ensure you thoroughly review your article before approving it for publication. While we make every effort to ensure your article is error-free, you should always confirm:
- The article meets your requirements
- Business contact details are correct
- Spelling and grammar are accurate
- The provided keywords are used
- All links function correctly
How Long Do Refunds Take?
Refund requests will be approved or denied within 24 hours of receiving your request, based on this policy.
Credit Card Refunds: Funds will be available on your card within 5–10 business days.
PayPal Refunds: Refunds will be instantly visible in your PayPal account once processed.
- If you paid using your PayPal balance, the funds should be available immediately.
- If you paid using a card or bank account, funds are typically available within five business days but may take longer depending on your bank.
Refunds will always be returned to the original PayPal account, bank account, or card used for payment. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds to a different account.
